Covenants & Restrictions

Covenants and restrictions are in place to protect the value of your investment in your home.  Please remember, that most visible alterations to your home or property must be in compliance with the covenants and restrictions that apply to your specific lot.

There are five phases to Four Lakes – 1, 2, 3, 3A and 4.  At the bottom of this page, you will find .pdf files containing the covenants and restrictions to each phase, as well as plat maps if you are unsure of which phase your home is located in.

If you live in Phase 1 or Phase 4, be aware that there are amendments to the covenants and restrictions. These are also posted below.

The HOA is currently working to approve a common set of covenants that apply to the entire development. If you would like to see this, and are interested in working on a committee to facilitate, please contact a member of the HOA board.
